Dragonfly
The Dragonfly slip-ring non-motorized commutator provides noise-free, low-torque rotating electrical contacts that prevent twisting of headstage tethers (cable) during chronic neurophysiology recordings. The slip rings provide nearly instant rotation to prevent heasdtage cables from becoming twisted.
Applications:
Chronic recordings from small animals (birds, mice, rats).
